Reliable quality as always

This was my third purchase from noho, this time for two noho dine chairs. Just like my previous orders for the move chair, the quality is consistent. They arrived quickly, within 5 days, and were simple to unbox and set up. The chairs feel sturdy and look great. It's good to know I can count on them for well-made, sustainable furniture.

Love my new chair!

My new noho move chair is absolutely fantastic! It's so comfy and it looks amazing in my living room. I was a bit worried about ordering furniture online but it was such an easy process. The delivery was quick too, came even sooner than I expected. I'm telling all my friends about it, they need to check these out!

Great chair, easy process

I ordered a noho dine chair and an upholstered chair pad. The ordering process on their website was straightforward, I found exactly what I wanted without any hassle. Shipping took about 5 days to get to me in Oregon, which felt reasonable. The chair itself is comfortable for dining and the pad fits perfectly. Assembly was minimal, just clicking a few pieces together. I didn't need to contact customer service, so can't speak to that, but everything arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. It's a solid, eco-friendly option for sure.

Great chair, delivery had hiccup

I ordered the noho move chair for my home office. The ordering process on the website was straightforward, and I appreciated the details about the recycled materials. Delivery took about 8 days to reach me in California, which was a bit longer than I expected given the initial estimate. The chair itself arrived well-packaged. Assembly was minimal, just attaching the base, and the instructions were clear. The chair is surprisingly comfortable and supportive, even during long work sessions. I found the 'flex' feature genuinely helpful for shifting posture. My only minor issue was that the tracking update was a bit delayed, so I wasn't entirely sure when it would arrive until it was practically at my door. Overall, a solid product and experience, but delivery communication could be smoother.

Always a good experience

This was my third time ordering from noho, and they're just consistently reliable. Got another noho move chair for my home office setup. It arrived in about a week, just like the last two. The quality is still great, feels sturdy, and the recycled materials are a big plus. It's why I keep coming back.

Good quality, minor color issue

I bought the lightly chair and an interchangeable seat topper. The chair itself is quite comfortable for its size and feels very durable, which is what I hoped for. Shipping was relatively quick, arriving in about a week. My only slight disappointment was that the color of the seat topper was a shade lighter than it appeared on my screen, though it still works. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about cleaning before it arrived. It's a good chair, but be mindful that colors might vary slightly.
